We are looking for a professional to join our team in an important, dual-role capacity covering new client acquisition and alliances. This individual will be responsible for developing, supporting, or managing JBS relationships with Microsoft and AWS partners and client partners you will bring in.

Responsibilities/Skills

  • Drive joint go-to-market initiatives, demand generation, overall market adoption of JBS and our partners (internally and externally)
  • Create profitable growth by bringing in new clients and partnership relationships
  • Increasing brand and market awareness with partners
  • Coordinate partner events, partner enablement, and co-branded efforts as needed
  • Understand and articulate the JBS core value proposition, service lines, solutions and capabilities and the value of marketing and alliances
  • Liaising across the organization to ensure our alliance capability, certification and competencies are maintained
  • Pursue opportunities and manage those engagements with sales and leadership teams
  • Strong business acumen, networking, relationship development, presentation, negotiation, listening, communication, skills
  • Understanding of cloud, digital and business technology trends throughout multiple industries

Essential Qualifications

  • Based in Washington
  • Three or more years of sales/alliance experience, with a preference for technology experience, including solutions/services, product and/or field
  • Capable of building strong working relationships (internally and externally) across all levels of the company, especially with remote teams
  • Familiarity with CRM's like HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.
  • Comfortable with working in a virtual team environment
  • Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment
  • Successful in teaming with people cross-functionally, internally and externally

Preferred Additional Competencies (Not Required)

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft’s ecosystem, partner programs, products, and technologies
  • Project or change management skills

Benefits

This is a remote, full-time, W2 employee position with the following benefits:

  • Competitive base salary - $80,000-$130,000

Travel

  • You will be required to travel to customer/partner sites and may need to be available for some after-hour or weekend coverage depending on the customer’s needs
